What does the training consulting plan include?The consulting plan includes: - A training strategy according to the student’s reality. (One training sheet per month depending on the plan purchased); - Access to videos on how to do each exercise; - Access to educational audios to learn how to read the training sheet; - Recommendation of supplements according to the student’s profile; - Right to send questions at any time directly to Coach Kaká through the Application. (You will receive a response from Monday to Friday); ***For reasons of student data privacy security, Coach Kaká will no longer use WhatsApp. All videos and questions must be sent via the app.***

Can I cancel my plan after purchase?You can cancel your plan up to 24 hours after confirming your purchase, however, if you have already responded and sent the questionnaire, you will not be entitled to a refund. ***Promotional plans are not eligible for refunds.***

Why won't Treinador Kaká use WhatsApp to communicate with students?For student data privacy reasons, Treinador Kaká will use the website's customer management system. Students send a lot of videos and photos, and Whatsapp is not a secure platform for this data. All videos and questions must be sent via the communication app with Treinador Kaká.
